Clinical Supervision and Consultation
Clinical Supervision
I am a registered Supervisor with the Idaho Board of Professional Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists. Clinical Supervision is intended for individuals holding an LPC or LMSW seeking their clinical endorsement in the State of Idaho.
Supervision is more than case exploration and ethical decision-making, supervision is also a place to land while you are learning and growing as a clinician. Being a new clinician can bring many challenges, both in the office and within ourselves. I view supervision as a collaborative and supportive relationship that explores the clinical side while also helping you develop and embody the therapist you want to be. I am a person-centered therapist at my heart and strive to walk alongside others in navigating their unique stories and histories, and view supervision from a similar lens. Even though I am a person-centered therapist, I do not require you to be and actively support you in the theories and models that you resonate with through an Integrated Supervision Model.
I offer Supervision through video or in person at my Ketchum office. Meetings can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on your client hours and supervision needs. Individual and Triadic supervision are available.
