I am a trauma-informed therapist practicing in the Wood River Valley. I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a Master’s in Counselor Education. During my graduate studies, I specialized in Trauma, Grief, and Crisis Counseling. Post-graduation, I trained with the IFS Institute and completed my Level I Internal Family Systems training. I received my Bachelor’s in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound.

I have worked in rural, urban, and virtual settings with a variety of clients. I strive to meet you where you are at in your healing journey and I see your well-being as a holistic relationship with mind, body, and spirit.
